Hey there!

I'm Makinsey.

I'm a wife, mom to four kids (yes, two sets of Irish twins 😅), and a certified nutrition and lifestyle coach who is passionate about helping busy moms build confidence in their body without obsessing over food, fitness, or the scale.

Like many women, I've experienced seasons of struggling with my health, my body image, and trying to find balance in the middle of real life. Over the last decade, I've dedicated my education, career, and personal journey to understanding what truly creates lasting change…and it's not another diet, detox, or quick fix.

I believe that every body is different, and that lasting results come from learning how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.

My approach combines nutrition, mindset, movement, and lifestyle habits to help you:

  • Feel more confident in your body

  • Build sustainable habits that actually fit your life

  • Improve your relationship with food

  • Have more energy for the people and things you love

  • Create a healthier example for your family

My goal isn't to help you follow a perfect plan. It's to help you build a lifestyle you can enjoy and maintain for years to come.
